Not only does EVERY FILM at the Nordic International Film Festival get the chance to receive distribution, a massive 87% of its filmmakers are female! The line up this year looks very exciting, so if you are in NY from October 31st to November 4th head down to see some of these films at Scandinavia House.
This year, they have selected 24 Nordic and International films fand are proud to announce that 87.5% have female producers, directors and/or writers. Along with that, they have five International premieres, eight North American premieres.
The festival will close with the Danish feature ‘Danmark’.
